Quick and easy recipe. Great for busy work days and on the go! Make the night before and grab from the fridge on your way out the door. Makes 3-4 servings.

If you keep good food in your fridge, you will eat good food.
Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup oats
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 Tbls chia seeds
1 Tbls honey or maple syrup
2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
2 bananas (sliced)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine. Portion out into individual serving containers. Store in fridge overnight. Enjoy the next day for breakfast or for a snack!
